Barb Siverling

Director of Operations

barb@barroncountyhabitat.org

Barb has lived in Wisconsin for the past several years coming from Minnetonka. Barb enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Barb has a creative side, and she loves woodworking and crafting. She comes to Habitat for Humanity after years of management experience in the health industry. She has a great desire to help others and particularly empower them to help themselves as she often quotes a known Habitat saying that we offer “a hand up not a hand out.” Barb and her husband have three daughters and three grandchildren. Romans 15:13 is an encouraging verse and favorite, “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Christy Sainburg

Director of Advancement

christy@barroncountyhabitat.org

Christy moved to Wisconsin in 2017 from central Iowa. She is loving the beautiful landscape of northwest Wisconsin living on an acreage with a beautiful pond and an apple orchard. Christy enjoys the many wildlife that can be viewed from her windows. Her husband and her together have seven children and one grandchild. When not a work, she can be found enjoying the outdoors, playing or listening to music, reading a good book, or just simply enjoying the company of her husband, children, or friends. Christy loves the Lord and is thankful for His love which is what motivates her at her role at Habitat for Humanity. Proverbs 3:5-6 has been a constant source of encouragement to her, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”
